I'd go full tilt on that if I were you, especially if there is some kind of investigation brewing - get yours (or at least your claim staked) while you can before the whole thing implodes! Based on what you've said, and that article, I can absolutely understand your hesitation about any "public" efforts like TV or newspapers. But this is a critical juncture in your family's financial future, so <u>push your legal options to the limit!</u>

Chaser... everything happens for a reason.

I was fired 2 days before I found out my wife was pregnant and while I was in a legal battle over copyright infringement. I had trouble finding a job and then ended up getting into a self-employment program. From there I struggled with my own business for a year and a half.

Point is... I wouldn't change the events that happened no matter how much it sucked because I got to spend the entire first year of my daughter's life by her side, every day, and up until 4 months ago my freelancing gave me a great flex-schedule to work around.

Now I'm making more money than ever (one of my clients asked me to head his internal art department - which he used to use the agency I was fired from) and am getting back on top of things.
